SEO - RS

It's great to get your website ranking well in the search engines. A page 1 place is always better to have and if you can get the coveted #1 on Page #1 you'll get significantly more clicks on your link than the other links on page 1.

But what if you could get all 10 slots on page 1?

What would that do for your business?

It's well known that there are around 65% more clicks on the #1 listing on google than there are on the 2 spot. So how do you get to list on ALL places on page 1?

We call this Rank Saturation or SEO - RS.

It's really all about creating content that is relevant to the search term and extensive. If you can create great, relevant and extensive content (multiple pages and references) you _could_ dominate all the listings on page 1. Yes Really!

Rank Saturation is possible but it is time consuming and is a little difficult to maintain.

Have a go, who knows, you might only get the first 5 listings!

DIY-SEO-Brighton

This week I'll be running another DIY SEO Seminar to help small businesses get the most from their limited marketing budgets and start to get some traction on their google rankings for their websites.

So far the seminars have been a great success with the attendees getting loads out of the 3 or four hours they spend listening to the tips and techniques I use in my every day job as an SEO for business in Brighton and Sussex.

The seminar will take them through the key pieces of information they will need to understand the process of getting to the top of Google and what mistakes to look out for. The seminars aren't a replacement for professional SEO by any stretch of the imagination they're there to help business with a very small budget to get the ball rolling in the right direction.

Lets face it, DIY in any form can be a road to disaster. I know from personal experience of trying to tile my bathroom many years ago. It's because of that fiasco I now do no home diy at all.

So what lead to the tile disaster? It was my confidence that the job of tiling a a few flat wall was going to be easy after seeing how easy it looked when a professional did the job. After all, how hard could it be to whack a bit of adhesive on the wall and press a few tiles on.

I had the tools and the materials so what could go wrong? Anything and Everything !

It's OK having the tools and materials but what I lacked was and help, advice or experience. So we ended up buying more tiles and having a pro finish the job so it all turned out fine in the end.

I suppose some of this experience in getting it all so wrong so easily is what has lead me to providing some of my tools, tips and techniques to people on a limited budget for their SEO. The outcome is our DIY SEO Seminars with the follow up SEO Workshop where we get "down and dirty" with live examples and help people in real time to get the most out of their marketing budget.

Our DIY SEO Seminars are run once a month at the Lighthouse in Brighton. The seminars have about 10 attendees places while the workshops are limited to 4 maximum and last a whole day.
